Will Coulter brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Managing Broker at AgValue Real Estate. With over a decade of involvement in various sectors of real estate, including agricultural, commercial, and residential, Will’s multifaceted background and commitment to excellence set him apart in the industry.
Background and Education:
Will’s journey began in the military, where he served as a Lieutenant in the US Army, leading missions and operations both in Iraq and Afghanistan. His leadership skills were solidified as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer, responsible for the welfare and performance of his team in extreme challenging environments.
Transitioning from military service, Will pursued his passion for education, earning his undergraduate degree in Forensic Science from Jacksonville State University. Following this, he pursued an MBA from the University of Alabama, graduating in 2014.
Driven by a passion for business ventures and desire to broaden his horizons within the real estate industry, Will obtained his real estate sales license and ventured into commercial real estate, later transitioning into agriculture.
In 2020, Will embarked on an additional academic endeavor, enrolling in Michigan State’s prestigious Supply Chain program. He earned his Master of Supply Chain Management (MSSCM) in 2022, further enhancing his understanding of logistics and operations management. With this educational accomplishment, Will adds a crucial piece of understanding as supply chain directly affects the food/agriculture industry.
With a growing vision and further insight into supply chain related challenges within the food and agribusiness space, Will embarked on the path to obtaining his Broker’s license bringing true value and insights to the transactional side of agriculture. Will is a licensed Broker in both Georgia and Tennessee. Today, he serves as Partner and Managing Broker at AgValue Real Estate, where he leverages his diverse background and strategic vision to drive success for this team.
