In 2016, Tyler assumed the management of the Collateral Evaluation Department, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s collateral evaluation policies and procedures. An advocate for professional development and industry collaboration, Tyler became involved in the national agricultural appraisal organization ASFMRA. In 2019, Tyler transitioned to AgValue Consulting, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a strategic vision for agricultural investment. Leveraging his generational experience in managing a large commodity-based family farming operation, Tyler immersed himself in farm management, overseeing multiple large-scale farms owned and operated by private farming funds investing in the Southeast region.
