Mercier Orchards is one of Georgia’s Largest family owned and operated apple orchards now in its 4th generation. Started back in 1943 by Bill & Adele Mercier. Mercier is a combination of U-PICK, Bakery & Market Cafe, Market Store, and Farm Winery.

The property includes a 50,587 SF retail store/warehouse that was originally constructed in 1974 and updated throughout the years, most recently in 2016. There is a 10,930 SF hard cider building that was constructed in approximately 2010. There are two atmosphere-controlled storage buildings that were constructed in approximately 2010. They are 4,000 SF and 2,200 SF, respectively. There is one cold storage building, constructed in approximately 2010, which is 3,000SF.
