Mark Royall is an agricultural real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in agricultural land investment, acquisitions, farm management, and strategic development across the Southeastern United States.
Mark is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Georgia and Florida. In Georgia, he is affiliated with AgValue Consulting, a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage firm. He is also the founder of Southeast Ag & Land, LLC, a Florida-based agricultural real estate and advisory company focused on institutional and operator-driven agricultural opportunities throughout the Southeast.
Before launching Southeast Ag & Land, Mark served as Southeast Agricultural Acquisition Manager for Manulife Investment Management Timber & Agriculture (formerly Hancock Natural Resource Group), where he sourced, underwrote, and executed institutional agricultural real estate investments throughout the region. During his time there, he participated in more than $175 million of agricultural land acquisitions involving row crops, permanent crops, and diversified farming operations.
Mark later served as Director of Growth for Vayda, an Ag-tech platform backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he worked alongside landowners, operators, and institutional investors on strategic growth and regenerative agriculture initiatives.
His experience includes agricultural acquisitions and dispositions, lease structuring, valuation analysis, institutional due diligence, and farm asset management. He regularly works with institutional investors, operators, family offices, and agricultural businesses seeking investment and expansion opportunities across the Southeastern United States.
Mark is an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
